Cheap kids summer holidays abroad. Everyone likes to see their kids enjoy themselves on the beach, fully creamed up from head to toe in sun cream building sand castles and paddling in the sea " EVERY DAY" throughout the duration of their vacation.
Sadly, when the money dwindles away a lot of holiday makers are quarantined back at the hotel because their pocket says they have too. If you haven't planned your budget carefully then expect disappointment. The budget needs to stretch so the kids can play to their hearts content right up until it's time for the airport.
Can you hear yourself say to the children if they ask for an ice cream on the beach to wait until you get back to the hotel because you're on an all inclusive holiday, where food drinks and ice cream is included in the price of the holiday? God damn it, the kids want their ice-cream now.
If you went online to get a cheap holiday for the family, then with what you saved booking a holiday this way will add more to your spends. The biggest mistake people make is they go mad the first few days of the holiday spending money like there was tomorrow. Most that go on a spending spree are left scrimping and scraping looking for money to get them over tomorrow.
Travel Tips for your cheap and safe summer holiday
1. not too much to change their eating habits, note the meat pigment mix, fresh fruit
2. must eat all over, but not too big, attention to digestion.
3. do not live too expensive hotel because mainly tourism, not sleeping, so clean, and comfortable.
4. only enough sleep to ensure energetic when traveling the next day.
5. buy return ticket. By transport security.
6. are advised to buy a local map around, and prevent getting lost.
7. transport-is the main tourist expenditure, to that end, attractions near the destination can be the best way to swim.
8. buy very cheap, can save travel expenses.
9. be safe, save strength, never to inappropriate sites.
10. Work out how much you have to spend and allot a certain amount for each day to spend.
11. If the kids want to visit a water park or other holiday attraction, let them. If it costs more than your daily allowance then use the next day's spending money for the beach, and instead have a fun day round the pool.
12. Don't buy big floppy hats while abroad, pack caps with a peak; they don't take up much space in your bag. Make it exciting for the kids and let them choose a holiday perk to have printed onto the cap before they travel. (Not their name as a safety precaution. )#)
13. Resist the urge to spend money on unnecessary trinkets. Most goods bought abroad are left behind because there's no room in the suitcase. If you do pack extra your luggage might be denied going into the hold because it's over the allowed quota.
14. If you plan to do day trips or go sightseeing take a bus/tram it's cheaper than taxis. Kids have more fun on the bus/ tram over a taxi because they take you straight to your destination, whereas the bus route may include bringing you up and down a maze of roads to get to your designated spot.
15. If dining out look for restaurants/cafes that do happy meals for kids, or where kids can eat free. If food portions are large have the kids share a meal instead of food being wasted saving you money. In some eateries, and especially those in Florida drinks come in huge cartons. Buy one drink between two, it's not being stingy its being sensible, so why waste.
16. Don't pack more than you need. Having to carry a heavy case/s while looking after kids can cause you stress, and who falls victim, yes the kids, and it's not their fault, they are going on holiday and excited so let them have fun, and lighten the suitcase.
17. Excursions and day trips are best arranged by tourist attraction booths than the hotel. Hotel bookings are expensive. Nonetheless make sure you book with a reputable source. Shop around and barter.
18. If you want to ring home don't use the telephone in the room. It's cheaper to buy a phone card and use a public phone to tell everyone you're having a fabulous time. Don't let the kids play with the phone in case they run up an accidental bill.
19. If kids want chocolate keep it in the fridge and give it to them in the cool of the evening. Giving them chocolate on the beach is a waste of money because it melts before they have chance to get it in their mouth. And, it's the mess if you have no wet wipes with you. Oh yes I forgot there's the sea where kids wee, and wash in.
20. Pack a mini compendium of games, or cards or bingo to play in the room should the weather turn and rains.
21. If you like beer, drink their brand and not imported bottles because this will take a huge cut of your budget. Also buying Sangria in a jug or other is less expensive than buying bottles of wine.
22. If there's a baby travelling, line the bottom of the suitcase with disposable nappies and fold holiday clothes on top.
